Samsung Galaxy S25+ : The Perfect Phone

DEVICE REVIEWS

Samsung launched their S25 series, and in this series, the Galaxy S25+ is the second phone. This is the perfect phone for several reasons. It offers a normal size that is ideal for one-handed use, comes with an extreme processor, and many more features. But the most important thing is its size very few people like big-sized phones, and in that scenario, the brand launched the Galaxy S25+ as a balanced phone to target those users. In this blog, we will walk through the features that make the Galaxy S25+ the perfect phone.

Perfect Design

The overall design of the Galaxy S25+ is the same as the Galaxy S24+. From the look, there is no major difference. It still features a metal body and glass back, and the camera module is the same, with lenses arranged in a horizontal line instead of a stripe, with a very small flash on the side to capture better pictures. One more thing to note is that the phone is very slim, around 7.3mm. Other features like IP68 and IP69 ratings are permanent parts of these high-end series.

Elegant Display

The Galaxy S25+ features a 6.7-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate, making it a perfect balance not too big, not too small. Unlike curved displays, the S25+ has a flat display, which is a great choice since curved screens often come with issues like accidental touches and a higher risk of breakage.
One of the most interesting improvements in the S25 series is the reduced bezels, making the display nearly edge-to-edge with ultra-thin bezels a fantastic design upgrade by Samsung.
In terms of protection, the S25+ is equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, ensuring durability. The color combination and smooth refresh rate enhance the overall experience, making entertainment and gaming feel incredibly immersive.

Extreme Processor

The Galaxy S25+ is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, which is the best processor for mobile devices. However, this Snapdragon 8 Elite is not just a standard chip—Samsung and Qualcomm have partnered to create a customized version specifically optimized for the S25 series.

Along with this powerful processor, Samsung provides LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, making it the perfect combination for heavy tasks and high-graphics gaming.

One common issue with the Galaxy S series has been heating during heavy usage, but this time, Samsung has done a great job by introducing a cooling bar. This new technology helps maintain optimal temperature, ensuring smooth performance even during intensive tasks.

One of the most lovable things about Samsung is its One UI. The Galaxy S25+ comes packed with One UI 7, which is the best UI in the Android ecosystem. The reason is simple it is minimal yet highly customizable. But it’s not just about customization; there are many other features that make it exceptional. Based on Android 15, One UI 7 takes the experience to the next level. Additionally, all three Galaxy S series phones come with seven years of Android and security updates, making the Galaxy S series truly next-level.

Classy Camera

Samsung is always one step ahead of the market and its competitors, especially when it comes to camera technology. They offer features like flash, optical zoom, wide-angle and macro lenses, and various camera modes. This time, Samsung has taken it a step further by integrating AI, making the camera experience even more premium and intelligent.

Low Battery

In the Galaxy S25+, everything is perfect, but the battery is the one aspect that makes it slightly less ideal. In 2025, the trend is for smartphones to feature a 6000mAh battery or at least 5500mAh, yet the Galaxy S25+ still comes with a 4500mAh battery.

While this may seem lower compared to competitors, Samsung’s battery optimization plays a crucial role. The real-world performance will determine how well it manages power efficiency, making it an interesting aspect to watch.

As for charging, the Galaxy S25 Ultra supports 45W fast charging25W wireless charging, and 10W reverse charging. It’s not too good, but also not too bad in terms of battery and charging. From a numbers perspective, the fast charging is decent.
