Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: Power-Packed Innovation with AI

DEVICE REVIEWS

Finally, the wait is over because Samsung launched their Galaxy S25 series globally on January 23, 2025. This is the most lovable series in the Android segment, and it has the potential and power to compete with the iPhone, not just from a price perspective but also in features and much more. Due to this series, iPhone sales have also been affected.

In this blog, we are talking about the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra what is the difference from the previous model, what’s new, and the main focus on the AI. Which AI features do you get in this, and most importantly, are these useful or not? How do they help people? Let’s take a leap on the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Square Design

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra design is noticeably different from the S24 Ultra. It features a platinum body with a glass back and minor changes in the camera design. However, the major difference is in the overall look, as the sides are more squared off, resembling the design of the Google Pixel 9 series. This makes the S25 Ultra feel more angular, and it’s easy to tell apart from the S24 Ultra. Additionally, the weight has been reduced by about 10 to 15 grams, giving it a more refined feel. The design looks amazing and is incredibly loveable. When it comes to the in-hand experience, it’s purely insane.

Bigger Display

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, making it one of the best displays in the world. The 120Hz refresh rate takes the experience to the next level, offering smooth and fluid visuals. For protection, it comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. These specifications make it the best phone in the Android ecosystem, with no compromises on performance. This isn’t just on paper; the user experience has been delivered at the highest level. One interesting improvement in the S25 Ultra is the reduction of bezels around the display, with very minor and decent bezels. This is a big win for Samsung, as users have often criticized larger bezels in previous models.

Beast Performance

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, which is the best processor in the smartphone market. Along with this, Samsung provides UFS 4.0 storage and DDR5X RAM, making it a deadly combination for a smartphone. This means the Galaxy S25 Ultra can handle high-intensive tasks and allows for smooth multitasking. With its bigger display and high refresh rate, gaming on this device is an excellent experience.

However, one thing to check is the heating issue in the Galaxy S25 Ultra, as the platinum body might cause the device to feel warm after heavy gaming sessions.

One of the most lovable things about Samsung is its One UI. The Galaxy S25+ comes packed with One UI 7, which is the best UI in the Android ecosystem. The reason is simple it is minimal yet highly customizable. But it’s not just about customization; there are many other features that make it exceptional. Based on Android 15, One UI 7 takes the experience to the next level. Additionally, all three Galaxy S series phones come with seven years of Android and security updates, making the Galaxy S series truly next-level.

Why did I title this “Powerful Pro Camera”? This time, Samsung has done a great job by integrating AI into the camera module. The Galaxy S series has always had a mind-blowingly powerful camera, but with the addition of AI, it has reached a whole new level. This AI isn’t just a marketing term—it actually enhances your photography experience in real-time, helping you capture better shots effortlessly. And that’s why this is a Powerful Pro Camera.

Decent Battery

In 2025, the trend is that every phone comes with a 6000mAh battery or at least 5500mAh, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra still features a 5000mAh battery. While this may seem low compared to competitors, it’s okay because how Samsung optimizes battery performance will be seen in real-world usage.

As for charging, the Galaxy S25 Ultra supports 45W fast charging, 25W wireless charging, and 10W reverse charging. It’s not too good, but also not too bad in terms of battery and charging. From a numbers perspective, the fast charging is decent.
